The Social Media Strategist is responsible for executing an integrated social media presence across multiple platforms and channels to foster engagement with corporate and property brands. This role serves as an ambassador across all social media touch points, managing workflow, content calendars, publishing, community management and engaging with guests, fans, and followers.

Manage social media accounts with brand voice consistency; develop content calendars in accordance with set timelines.
Identify appropriate timelines for posting, engaging and optimizing content specific to each social media.
Manage the day-to-day messaging, monitoring and moderation of multiple social media platforms.
Facilitate community and reputation management (TripAdvisor, Google, Yelp, etc.) for post-stay guest reviews and real-time social media engagement.
Leverage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.) to communicate internal and external brand stories.
Partner and collaborates with internal cross-functional stakeholders across multiple divisions.
Perform other job-related duties as requested.

Associates degree or equivalent education and experience.
At least one (1) year in marketing, advertising, or related experience.
At least one (1) year in social media as an online marketer.

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Management, or possess equivalent work experience.
Previous experience in managing and working with social media tools and platforms including popular SaaS systems such as Sprinklr, Spredfast, TrackMaven, etc.
Previous experience working in a similar resort setting .
Bi-lingual, preferably in Spanish.

Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
